- All packaging must remain intact, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Any item received with tags or labels attached must be returned with those tags still intact.
- Products purchased as sets, bundles, or promotional packs must be returned in full (including any complimentary gifts or bonus items).
All returns are subject to review and approval by VIP Gadget World. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, or rejection of a return request.

- Items purchased in sets or bundles must be returned in full.
Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and refunds are not available for change-of-mind cases due to the high-value nature of our products.
