1. Shipping Information

VIP Gadget World shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer during checkout.

Once an order has been collected by the courier company, no changes or refunds can be made to the shipping address or order details.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information results in additional courier charges, the customer will be fully responsible for those additional fees.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete before submitting your order.
If you notice any errors in your shipping details, kindly contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp at 60123328340 within one (1) hour after placing your order.

2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

All confirmed and paid orders will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment authorization and verification.
Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and the courier company details.
Our current courier partners are DHL eCommerce and Ninja Van.

VIP Gadget World reserves the right to cancel orders affected by stock unavailability, and customers will be notified accordingly.

We are not liable for any delivery delays or failures caused by natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs clearance issues, or any other external factors beyond our control.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or backend charges (if any) will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Pre-Order and Backorder Items

For pre-order or backorder products, the estimated fulfilment period is 15–30 business days, as stated on the product page before checkout.
If your order includes both ready-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

4. Same-Day Delivery Service

We offer same-day delivery upon customer request, subject to stock availability and the following conditions:

  • Applicable for orders below RM500 (a delivery fee applies based on distance).

     

  • Requests must be made before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

     

  • Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

     

  • Deliveries are fulfilled by Lalamove or Ninja Van.
